Hotel is a little hidden but if you look at the doorbells on the road it's easy to find. The girl at reception was amazing! Really friendly, perfect English and great at giving us lots of recommendations!! We chose the cheapest, smallest room and was perfect for us for 3 nights. Was a little small so if wanting to sit down it would be on the floor as had bunk beds but we knew this before we came in and we didn't spend much time at the hotel anyway (they do have seating in the corridor and on the balcony outside). The pool looked amazing! Would of loved to have a dip but didn't have time. Air con was good, beds comfy, shower pressure really good and big bathroom! Love having a fridge in the room and a TV was an added bonus. We thought it was a really good location - shopping center and shops near by, good breakfast and lunch spots and the metro round the corner! Would definitely recommend! Only thing is was most mornings we heard the people upstairs walking around and the hallway outside.
This was a wonderful hotel to stay in Risboa!!The location, cleanliness and service were amazing…When we asked the nice spots to eat, staff told us lots of great places kindly. She made our trip pretty good.Appreciate it.Also there were stuff we wanted at room like hairdryer, shampoos and so on. I highly recommend this hotel!! ありがとう
This was a wonderful hotel to stay at in a very good centralized area of Lisbon. Barbara was outstanding, providing me with first class customer service. Her informal style really worked for me as I was able to speak a fusion of Portuguese and Spanish and really feel at home. One of her co-workers carried my very heavy suitcase down the stairs on the day I checked out, very helpful!! I can't wait to return!!
Exceptional room and service! Superclean, they cleaned the room everyday. The view from the room to the pool was beautiful and there was plenty of light. The location was perfect, close to 2 metro stations in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The stuff was helpful and polite. Would definitely come back!
The room is quite nice and within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, and metro but what really makes this place special is the service. Not only did the staff make us feel welcomed day one, but truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. After an incident with a nail in the room that caused a rip in my shirt, the woman working at the front desk immediately jumped into action offering to walk me to a seamstress who then fixed my top free of charge as a favour. This truly is a special place :)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little place. The pool was a wonderful bonus, and although very cold, we had to have a dip! The small terrace was also lovely for either lounging in the sun or for having a drink at the end of the day. All areas were very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Location was fairly central and accessible for the Metro.
From the moment I arrived, Barbara made me feel so welcome — her warmth and hospitality really set the tone for a wonderful stay. The property itself is beautiful and private, a perfect little retreat in the city. The pool and garden area were peaceful and well-kept, making it an ideal spot to relax after a day of exploring. It was exactly what I needed for my 3-day trip — comfortable, quiet, and full of charm. I’d definitely come back to stay here again next time I’m in the city. Highly recommend!
